Sales Managers – California, NYC, London

A global leader in the Diamond industry with multiple offices worldwide, is seeking an aggressive Sales Manager to join and help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales and leads to meet aggressive business targets. Utilize marketing activities to increase sales and reach to new customers.
  • Serve as an account manager, responsible for customer satisfaction. First in line to support customers on any business needs and support as needed for service/operation issues
  • Responsible for sales cycle, from a lead to an account. Support customer training and oversee smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Enhancing business of existing accounts 
  • Support business development activities to new segments
  • Assist in marketing efforts at trade shows, demos, office events etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5-8 years of proven experience as an independent diamond sales professional.
  • Aggressive: can reach quota of $3M
  • Has the network, and excels in client relationship building.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Knows how to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Independent, self-driven with business development skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time
