We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join the US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming.

The customer success manager will manage, support and grow relationships with both new and existing accounts, focusing on integrations, scaling, product expansion and account management. This role is pivotal in driving impeccable service, onboarding success, account growth, and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain relationships with growers and prospects
- Introduce growers to company technology and adoption processes
- Communicate technology and operation workplan to customers
- Review account performance, work with different international teams to provide the best service possible.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of the Robotics system
- Lead the expansion of the Robotics services within existing customers
Requirements
- Account management experience with complex business solutions
- Demonstrated achievements working in the agriculture industry
- Proven experience building relationships with growers in California
- Desire to positively impact your community by helping farmers optimize production
- Agriculture-related degree from an accredited university – an advantage
- Certified Crop Adviser or Pest Control Adviser license – an advantage
- Sales / support experience – an advantage
- Mobility between growers’ locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Technical capabilities: troubleshoot, diagnose problems, replace parts, repair parts
- Autonomous technology experience – an advantage
